Pack 92 Family Scouting is comprised of Boys and Girls from grades K-5 that attend any of the Franklin Public Elementary or BFCCPS Elementary Schools. We are chartered by St. Mary’s Catholic Church. This website was created to be a resource for current Scout parents, as well as prospective new members.
- Cubmaster: Matthew Tucker
- Committee Chair: Mike O’Neill
- Chartered Org Rep: Bob Collins
- New Member Coordinator: Tim O’Toole
Our Pack usually meets as a group the 2nd or 3rd Monday of each month during the school year from 6:30 – 7:30 PM at the St. Mary’s School building (201 Main Street in Franklin). We also have monthly events such as campouts, hikes, holiday caroling, food drives, rocket derby, pinewood derby, indoor rock climbing, archery, fishing derby, and much more!
There are typically 1-2 Dens per grade that are led by parents who work with the scouts on the requirements that need to be completed in order to earn their “badge of rank”. Each grade is a different rank, which starts as early as Kindergarten with our Lion rank. Each spring the scouts move up to their next rank at a “crossover” ceremony and family cookout.
Check out our Events page to see what is coming up next and what we have done during the year! If you are interested in joining Cub Scouts or just looking for more information please stop by our contact page and tell us about yourself.
